Pre order policy

What is the PRE-ORDER option?

These are items that are not in stock at the time of placing your order, but are made to order for each customer. We have a PRE-ORDER option for those items that either due to their high demand or because they have not yet been finished in our workshop are still in the manufacturing process because they are not in immediate stock.

As the number of units that we make each season is limited as well as the amount of fabric we have, and we do not want you to be left without your chosen piece, we offer our clients the PRE-ORDER option to guarantee the availability of the garment and thus be able to reserve it.

The estimated shipping date for each item will be duly detailed in the description of each product sheet, it can be in a range of 8-15 business days. Shipments will be made in order of receipt of order.

The conditions of change of size and / or return will be the same as those indicated in our Returns Policy.
