Returns Policy

 

At SIONA STORE quality is a top priority, we always ensure the quality of our products. However, if you need to make a return, we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Here we guide you how:

1. Merchandise returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Returned items cannot be used, washed, dirty or altered.
3. They must be returned in the original packaging, with their labels.
4. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged are swimsuits, jewelry and bags.
5. All returns must be paid and insured by the customer with the carrier of their choice. They must be sent to:  735 SW 148 th  Ave, Suite 1701 – Davie, FL 33325.
6. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
7. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used in the purchase and the time it may take to process depends on the financial entity.
8. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned merchandise.
9. Sale items are non-refundable, exchanges only.
10. Items with a discount code are non-refundable, only accepted
    changes.
11. Pre-order items are non-refundable, only changes are accepted.
12. Refunds cannot be returned to alternative cards or different forms of payment.
13. International orders are final sale.
14. All items on sale (With 40% off or more) are considered FINAL SALE. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

All returned merchandise is inspected by our quality control department, who will confirm that the merchandise complies with our policy. In case of not doing so, the refund will not be applied.

Changes or cancellations are not accepted after placing the order. If you want to make a change of size or color, you must carry out the return process and make the purchase again.

Incorrect/Defective Item

In case you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@sionastore.com including the order number and a photo of the item. 

We will resolve your case immediately.
